Kathy's Desk Plan

Build a Computer Desk, in One Weekend, with One Sheet of Plywood, For Under $100.00

Cutting Diagram for the Plywood

"" I'm really pleased that I was able to get a computer desk and a CPU stand out of just one sheet of plywood. I took this diagram with me to the lumber store, and the yard man cut it up for me, on their superior setup. Of course, if you have a good saw & a good setup in your workshop, you can cut it yourself. But this way, I was able to start assembly of the computer desk by 9:00a.m. I think a back panel of 10" would be sufficient, the 15" piece I used looked like too much to me once I put it on. You should get the best quality plywood you can afford, this will be the major expense for the project, but nothing else will cost nearly as much.
My original plan left a piece at the bottom, 9" that was left over. A few weeks later I used it to make a CPU stand.

OK, now you need to go shopping ""
